The Drivers Seat In Your Car Is For You

leave a comment »

In order to be able to drive a car you need to learn the basic fundamental so you and your vehicle and the people around you will all arrive at the desired destination safely. It’s necessary to know how to stop your car in enough time not to cause a collision or to be able to avoid one. Knowing how to steer your car and keeping it on the correct course so you can get to your desired destination is a must. All the while as you are driving you are observing the road conditions giving you the opportunity to course correct…whatever that means, for you to get to where you want to be safely and in the time frame that you specified.

Part of being able to consciously use the Universal Laws of Attraction effectively is understanding that you are always in the driver’s seat of your life. The only time you are a passenger is when you choose to let someone else take control of the wheel or you get into their Vehicle. LOL! FYI: You can’t drive safely and effectively looking in your rear-view mirror, that’s not going to work; unless you are reversing!

Is Not Keeping Silent A Bad Thing For The Law of Attraction?

leave a comment »

The Universal Law of Silence is multifaceted and malleable like all other Universal Laws, with the exception of one. Many people don’t realize the value and the magnitude that consciously choosing to keep silent has on how the Universal Laws of Attraction will work for them. You’ve heard the sayings, “silence is golden.” Or the proverbial adage, “if you don’t have something nice to say, then don’t say anything at all.” Or the one I love, “shut the bleep up!”

When consciously using the Laws of Attraction there is a reason for maintaining your silence, and that reason is not about being secretive or sly or cunning. It’s about creating an energetic dynamic within self, so that you can communicate with your self or your Christ Consciousness, Higher Self, Your God Mind, Spirit or whatever term makes you feel comfortable. Silence creates a space so that, that which you are wanting to bring forth can develop a strong root system, giving it a chance to thrive or be made manifest.

You are influenced, and rightly so, by the externalities of your life.  Your external experiences support you in your choice making process.  But, once you’ve made a choice and committed yourself to that choice, the external influences have done their job.  If you continue to allow them to influence you, you will not emit a clear vibrational signal into the Universal Conscious letting it be know this is what I AM wanting to be made manifest for my life.  The Universal Law of Silence is a powerful thing.

There’s a conscious process to getting what you want in life…and it is a process. And part of that process involves you doing what needs to be done on your end. The hardest part, or the most challenging is to get clarity around what you want for your life and then to hold it in place, tweaking and revising as needed.
So, did you review your list 3 times today? LMAO!!! I heard you say, “What!? What list?”  The list comes from the book review I did last week on The Famous Little Red Book That Makes Your Dreams Come True.  Yup!  Missed that one didn’t ya?  Not to worry you can get your free pdf outline from my working group The Laws of Attraction In Action

Changing Your Trajectory With Vowels & Consonants

leave a comment »

It’s amazing how two small words and one letter can change the trajectory of your life.  Past, present or future tense, singular or plural each vowel, each consonant and each syllable that you choose to use plays a major role in how your life will unfold.  What sets them into motion are the choices that you make; and the choices that you make are predicated on what you are wanting for your life.  So my question for you today is simply this “have you defined your life or are you defined by life?”Defined Or Define

Investing In Self Belief

leave a comment »

Part of investing in you is believing in SELF. That belief allows you to move forward always seeing your end vision even in the face of turmoil. Without the investment of belief in what you are wanting to manifest for your life, your thoughts will become obscure. If you don’t have enough of what you need invested in “SELF” to bolster your belief in the final outcome, you can only use what you got. If you have more negative emotions in your reserve pool, that’s what you’ll act on. And of course that’s what you’ll manifest.

The question for today is “What does it look like, feel like, sound like, smell like or taste like to invest in your belief in self?Invest in you2

Reframing How To Use Conflict In Your Life

leave a comment »

Conflict in our lives has a greater purpose than just making us feel confused and or miserable. It creates in the forefront of your mind the need to look at contrasting and or opposing forces within a situation. Conflict supports you in recognizing that:
1) You don’t like what’s happening
2) You want something different
3) You need to look at your options
4) You must make a choice

Reframing how you view conflict to
1) Acknowledging authentically that YOU…not anyone else, but YOU don’t like what’s happening.
2) Begin exploring your options by asking yourself, “what is it that I want to happen regarding this situation?”
3) Step into the answer that you have given to what you want to happen by using your 5 senses:
What does it feel like? What does it look like? What does it sound like? What does it smell like? What does it taste like?
4) Then seal the deal by making your choice a taking action!

The ultimate role of conflict in our lives is for us to make conscious and aware choices.

Some People Think Meditation Is Madness

leave a comment »

I read an article on Can We End The Meditation Madness  in the NY Times online.    This is my response:
I found thChakrasis article a tad pedantic. Meditation isn’t only about stress reduction and being mindful. There are multiple ways people can achieve both of those; from walking or running to cooking to playing music or whatever does it for you. Being mindful, is as he stated all about reframing your thought process and holding it there…”we” know this as affirming! The reporter or author of this article evidently didn’t do his research well or he has an axe to grind. Meditation is the end goal of yoga and for all intent and purposes it’s to harmoniously unify the mind/spiritual with the physical/body. He failed miserably to mention other things that meditation is known for in mainstream. i.e it has been proven to positively influence blood pressure both diastolic and systolic., mood swings, healing time, migraines, pain control, weight loss and hosts of other things. He also jumped over the emotional side effects, he failed to mention that meditation has the ability to support people in feeling connected and integrated with self, it’s inspires self confidence, a sense of self worth…it’s encourages you to know that I AM and part of all that is in creation. How powerful is that? I could go on and on, but I won’t LOL! So why did I post this article even though I feel it is a little pedantic. Because he is right on four levels:
1) Meditation isn’t for everyone
2) It shouldn’t be shoved down people’s throats
3) Stress reduction can be achieved doing other things including taking medications
4) Mindfulness can be achieved by focusing your attention on what you want to happen.
For the author of this article, perhaps he needs clarity in understanding that meditation isn’t the practice of sitting tailor fashioned saying “OM.” Meditation is a way of life. This is why you can have a laughing meditation, running, eating, cooking meditation, sexual meditation – karma sutra. Good grief, house cleaning can be meditative. Anything can be used for meditation and people do this unconsciously on a daily basis.
Outside of the physiological and psychological effects/benefits meditation has offer, it serves to invoke the Universal Law of NOW. It places you squarely in the only place you can be; it consciously brings your awareness to you and your now or present. You can neither be present in your past or future…you can only be present in your NOW! And that’s where you will always live your life in YOUR NOW!
